We believe the right balance of an active social life, rigorous academics, campus involvement, and engagement with the community are the key to a well-rounded college experience. We look for brothers that want to be involved in all aspects of college life and want more than just a place to party.

We recognize what makes Pullman and Wazzu such a special place and we want to contribute to that. We seek opportunities to be involved through philanthropy events and community service. We want brothers that take pride in their community and look for opportunities to give back.

Leadership development has always been an integral value for the Omega chapter. We are proud of our brothers who have held leadership roles throughout their undergrad and alumni years. We look for brothers that have natural leadership qualities and aspirations and are eager to be involved with leading the chapter as well as other groups and communities.

This is our rally cry, it encompasses the passion and excitement we have for our fraternity and for our university. It is our reminder of why we are here and what we want to achieve. We want brothers that are excited to be here, eager to contribute to our brotherhood, and ready to push themselves to be their best.
